If I order now, will it arrive before Tet?
Yes, if you approve the sample by 10/01/2027. Production usually takes 7–15 working days after approval, depending on quantity. Add your deadline in the form so we can schedule it.
Can you rush an order close to Tet?
Possibly, depending on our schedule and quantity. Call +84 972 447 447 to check availability before sending your design.
Can I order several kinds of gifts in one order?
Yes. We make bags, backpacks, apparel, caps and accessories in one package – one contract, one VAT invoice, one delivery. You can choose different gifts for clients, partners and staff.
I need bags to fit my existing gift boxes or hampers
Send the length, width and height of your box or hamper. We will suggest a bag size, base and handles that fit snugly and carry the weight.
Can you print a Tet greeting with the logo?
Yes. We can print your logo with a New Year greeting, apricot or peach blossoms, or the zodiac animal. We will advise on print colours to fit your budget.
What is the minimum order?
From 100 pieces per design for canvas bags. For backpacks, apparel, caps and non-woven bags, it depends on the design – please ask. The larger the order, the better the unit price.
Do you provide a contract and VAT invoice?
Yes. Every order has a contract covering specs, schedule and payment, plus a full VAT invoice.
