Our story
Over 10 years in the corporate gift industry
Phan Nguyen was founded in 2013 and is one of the pioneering companies in the design and manufacture of promotional items: backpacks, bags of every kind, insulated bottles and tumblers, umbrellas, t-shirts, towels, caps, cloth masks and staff uniforms — while also importing products from Thailand and China.
To promote and elevate our clients' brands, our experienced production management team is always ready to deliver high-quality products with distinctive design, on-time delivery and fair pricing — meeting a wide range of customer needs.
We also provide translation services and specialist Chinese book translation, escort clients on sightseeing trips or Canton Fair tours held each year in Guangzhou, and guide clients through wholesale markets and factory visits in China.

Six steps from idea to delivery

CONSULTATION
We take your brief and advise on the gift that best fits your audience, campaign goals and budget, then send a quotation.
- Step 2
DESIGN
We develop the concept, product styling and logo artwork for you to review and adjust as you wish.
- Step 3
SAMPLING
We produce a sample and confirm it with you.
- Step 4
CONTRACT
Both parties negotiate and sign the contract.
- Step 5
PRODUCTION
Manufacturing and printing are carried out exactly to the agreed specification.
- Step 6
DELIVERY
We pack and deliver on the schedule agreed in the contract.
